Bethenny explained her motivation for being open about her physical appearance: “In today’s world of filters and Facetune and people being outright dishonest about how they look… it’s so important to me that I remain transparent about my physical appearance, especially now that I’m in this beautiful space. “I’m definitely considering getting plastic surgery, and I want to explain why to you.”

She Has Botox in Her Jaw
She had Botox put into her jaw throughout the years, according to Bethenny. It’s been a while since I’ve done this, but I’ve been meaning to for a while now.
She admitted that she had Botox injected into one of the muscles in her face/jaw area that had enlarged. The operation, according to her, “dramatically transformed” her look.
Others mistook me for having my bones extracted, she said. That was a bicep muscle that I had been using to build up my jaw for years. And I gradually decreased it with Botox. My face was altered as well. I wasn’t even aware… As a result, a small portion of my face fell. Therefore, that occurred.
Fillers & Botox
Bethenny also clarified that, although she did not say where she had filler injected once. She continued, “If I remember, I’ll also have Botox injections once or twice a year.”
Breast Lifting
She said that she had a breast lift 15 years prior. In order to achieve a more youthful breast contour, a breast lift, also known as a mastopexy, lifts the breasts by removing extra skin and tightening the surrounding tissue.

Bethenny Frankel Calls out Women for “Lying About Everything,” Being Honest About Plastic Surgery
In regards to plastic surgery, Bethenny Frankel is becoming more candid. The 52-year-old reality actress shared on Instagram on Sunday that she is thinking about getting plastic surgery and criticized people who aren’t upfront about it.
Frankel captioned a video of herself explaining the issue: “It’s extremely essential to me that I remain transparent about my physical appearance, especially now that I’m in this beautiful arena. In today’s age of filters and Facetune and people being outright dishonest about how they look… “I’m definitely considering getting plastic surgery, and I want to explain why to you.”
Frankel discussed plastic surgery in greater detail in the film, stating that she believes it “would be fraudulent for me to go do something and act like it was natural.”
Frankel stated that she eventually hopes to accomplish more. She doesn’t want to wait until “everything’s really hanging,” so she intends to do it as soon as possible.
Frankel stated that she wanted to stay true to herself when having surgery. She declared, “I don’t want to look like anyone else. “I just need a little assistance along the road,”
