Bubbles are observed defying gravity after an unexplained incident. Tokyo has grown increasingly isolated from the rest of the globe. A group of young individuals who have lost their families dwell in Tokyo.

These young individuals engage in Parkour and other forms of physical activity. Hibiki, a difficult player, attempts to master a move but falls into the gravity-bending water. Uta, a girl with superhuman talents, saves him here. When the duo hears a curious sound that only they can hear, they decide to investigate its origins and learn more about the mystery.

However, there are still mysteries to be solved. What is Uta’s name? Why did she go out of her way to save Hibiki? What will they do to make a difference in the world? Bubble is preparing the audience for something new, wild, and fantastic, set in post-apocalyptic ruins and a world without gravity.
