A strong franchise model is a critical component of building a successful business, especially in today’s competitive landscape. You should make sure that you’re giving your franchisees all the tools they need to succeed, including training and support from experts on the ground, so they can operate their businesses successfully. Create a unique value proposition for potential franchisees that appeals to their interests and values, including those that are different from yours. An online presence can mean having a website, social media pages, and even mobile apps that are all optimized for different devices and platforms. It’s important to remember that you don’t have to go overboard with technology to get started in this area. You just need to make sure your online presence is up-to-date, relevant, and engaging.
