Who Is Keshia Knight?
American actress Keshia Knight Pulliam was born on April 9, 1979. Her breakthrough role as Rudy Huxtable on the NBC sitcom The Cosby Show (1984–1992) launched her acting career as a child actor, and she was nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series at the 38th Primetime Emmy Awards. Later, she played Miranda Lucas-Payne on Tyler Perry’s House of Payne, a comedy-drama on TBS (2007–present).

Ella, a 5-year-old daughter that Pulliam and her ex-boyfriend Edgerton Hartwell share, is already a mother to her. After meeting on the set of the TV movie Pride and Prejudice: Atlanta, she started dating James in 2019. They exchange vows in September 2021. On Instagram, James posted a lovely tribute to his wife that captured their newlywed bliss.

Keshia Wrote Her Feelings On Instagram Caption
He began his caption, “The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. “I’m glad to have yours with you.. my friend, my counsellor, my business partner, my travel companion, my co-parent, my trip advisor, my lover, my movie critic, my negotiator, my ride-not-die-er, my designated driver (even though I’m a better driver), my chef, my spiritual healer, and so much more.”
James continued, adding the hashtag “#TheJamesBond” to his post. “I love you forever, and gift you with my tribe and family who will protect and support you and our family by any means necessary,” he said.

Keshia Knight Career
When Knight Pulliam was nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for an Emmy Award in 1986 at the age of 6, she made history as one of the youngest actresses to receive the honour. At the age of nine months, she made her professional debut in a national print ad for Johnson & Johnson baby products.
She appeared on Sesame Street at age 3. Carried on working, making appearances in TV shows and commercials as well as her feature film debut in The Last Dragon (1985). She co-starred with Phylicia Rashad on The Cosby Show in the films Polly and Polly: Comin’ Home! Made appearances in the films Polly and Polly: The Sequel. On VH1’s list of the “100 Greatest Kid Stars,” she comes in at number 27.
