Jennette Michelle Faye McCurdy is an American singer-songwriter, filmmaker, podcaster, and former actress who was born on June 26, 1992. McCurdy made her name as Sam Puckett in the Nickelodeon sitcom iCarly (2007–2012), a role that earned her four Kids’ Choice Awards and a slew of other awards. She returned to the role in the spin-off series Sam & Cat (2013–2014) before leaving the network. Malcolm in the Middle (2003–2005), Zoey 101 (2005), Lincoln Heights (2007), True Jackson, VP (2009–2010), and Victorious (2009–2010) are among her previous television appearances (2012).
Before retiring from acting in 2017 to pursue a career in writing and directing, McCurdy produced, wrote, and starred in her own online series, What’s Next for Sarah? (2014), and led the science-fiction series Between (2015–2016). Her tragicomedy one-woman play I’m Glad My Mom Died was staged in theatres around Los Angeles and New York City from February to March 2020; plans for more dates were postponed owing to the COVID-19 epidemic. In an interview with Anna Faris on her podcast Empty Inside in March 2021, she revealed that she has no plans to return to acting.
Jennette Mc Curdy Found Love at Work During a Very Trying Period in Her Life
On-screen, Jennette McCurdy played caustic and funny Sam on “iCarly,” but her life off-screen wasn’t all fun and games. According to Hollywood Life, her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and died from it in 2013.
McCurdy began dating Paul Glaser, a man who worked behind the scenes on her successful Nick show when she was 18 years old. However, J-14 claims that the couple split up before the star’s mother died. In an interview with Vulture, McCurdy commented on that period: “I directed my feelings of love away from my mother, who had been the recipient of all of that affection up until that moment,” she explained (via J-14). “I was anxious because I knew she was leaving, and I believe there was a part of me that was ready to swap these feelings of love for someone else.
That was something I needed to go through on my own. I was afraid of investing too much of myself in another person and becoming overly involved. ‘Oh, if I share this loss with someone, if I share this part of myself with someone, if I share my reality with someone, they become my reality,’ I reasoned. That thought frightened me.”
Jennette Mc Curdy Made a Big Impression on One of Her Boyfriends
Jennette McCurdy went public with a new affair around the time her mother died, this time with NBA star Renee Drummond, whom she supposedly met through social media (via J-14). Some aspects of their connection were even controversially shared on social media.
McCurdy and Drummond’s relationship didn’t continue long, and by 2014, she had divulged a few details about him on Peter Holmes’ podcast “You Made It Weird.” According to The Cinemaholic, she claimed on the show that he wasn’t the best kisser.
The situation became even more tumultuous a few days later when images of the actress in lingerie surfaced on the internet. McCurdy subsequently explained them on Twitter, writing: “To anyone who is disappointed, those photos were only shared with one person. You can put the pieces together. I was astounded that someone would stoop that low. I simply speak openly.”
When her remark was misinterpreted as implying that Drummond was the one who leaked the photos, he denied it and defended himself on Twitter. “I have nothing to do with any of the rumors about me releasing anything. I’m concentrating on basketball. Thank you very much “he penned (via Twitter).
Jennette Mccurdy Has a Boyfriend
Graham Patrick Martin, who plays Eldridge McElroy on CBS’s “Two and a Half Men,” is a New Orleans native.
His new comedy “Catch-22” is about a United States Air Forces airman who doesn’t want to go on bombing missions but can’t get out of them since he’s “sane to go to war because you don’t want to do it.” Graham co-starred with Christian Abbott and George Clooney, who played Ivor Orr in the film. Graham is said to have dated McCurdy before they met on the set of “iCarly.” From roughly 2004 through 2008, this partnership existed. Their narrative was never made public, and the couple remained mute about their personal lives.
Even more intriguing was Graham’s appearance on the same stage as McCurdy in 2009’s “iCarly.” The incident occurred less than a year after they were said to have broken up. On the show, though, both remained professional and appeared to be on “excellent terms.”
We haven’t heard anything about their previous relationship since then. Graham has a new girlfriend, Ginny Gardner, as far as we know. It is their relationship that they are willing to share with the public.
