She’s a girl! After divorcing Katie Holmes, Emilio Vitolo is expecting his first child with his girlfriend Sammy Piccininni.
They announced the news with the message, “Half of me & half of you we’re having a baby girl” on Instagram on Sunday, January 22. Photos from a gender reveal party in which Vitolo, 33, and Piccininni, 24, displayed their ultrasound images were posted to social media.
On August 1st, 2022, the chef and Piccininni announced their romance to the world on Instagram. The soon-to-be mother posted numerous photos from their romantic trip to the Hamptons at the time.
It was Vitolo’s relationship with Holmes, 44, which made news before his connection with Piccininni. The pair went through a period of dating speculation in September 2020 after being seen together on numerous occasions.

The actress and the New Yorker have “decided to give each other space,” a source tells Us. According to the source, “there’s no drama that went down with the breakup,” as said to Us in April of 2021. Katie and Emilio had a great time together; however, it wasn’t meant to be.
As reported one month later that Holmes and Vitolo had broken up. A second source told Us at the time, “There’s no drama that went down with the breakup.” Katie and Emilio had a great time together, but it couldn’t last.
The ex-girlfriend of the Dawson’s Creek star was publicly defended by the former couple.

A second insider told Us later that year that the Ohio native had returned to the dating scene. Kate “has been out on a couple of very low-key dates but nothing serious right now,” they told Us in October of 2021.
The source claims that Holmes “wasn’t looking for love or even interested in dating.” The filmmaker was seen on camera sharing passionate kisses and holding hands with his leading man in April of 2022 in the Big Apple.
