Kevin Wayne Durant (/draent/; born September 29, 1988) is an NBA basketball player who currently plays for the Brooklyn Nets (NBA). He was the second overall pick in the 2007 NBA draught by the Seattle SuperSonics after one season of collegiate basketball with the Texas Longhorns.
He spent nine seasons with the organization, which was renamed the Oklahoma City Thunder in 2008, until joining the Golden State Warriors in 2016, where he won back-to-back NBA titles in 2017 and 2018.
