In Black Swan, Mila Kunis and Natalie Portman gave outstanding performances that astounded the entire globe.
The character’s look, however, required a lot of work from the actor to achieve. She had to reduce her weight in order to have a ballerina-like appearance. For Black Swan, Kunis followed a low-calorie and cigarette-based diet, which she once disclosed but strongly advises against.
Early Life
On August 14, 1983, Mila Markovna Kunis was born in Chernivtsi, Ukraine. Up until the age of seven, she and her brother were nurtured in Ukraine.
At that point, her family made the decision to emigrate to California, taking $250 with them. Although her family was not indigent, they were only permitted to bring so much money, and once in the United States, none of her parents’ degrees or credentials could be transferred.
Due to escalating anti-Semitism and a lack of chances for Mila and her brother in the future, the Jewish family left the Soviet Union.
After having trouble adjusting in elementary school, Kunis began making appearances on That 70s Show not long after beginning high school. She received the majority of her tutoring on-set while pursuing her GED.

Mila Kunis’s “blank Swan” Diet
It’s no secret that Mila Kunis adheres to a stringent “Black Swan” diet. She looked like a ballerina at 95 pounds and 5’4″ after losing 20 pounds in just five months.
She claimed that while she didn’t starve herself, she didn’t go about it in the best way either. She has also been very clear in saying that she would not advise anyone to follow this diet. She would consume barely 1,200 calories daily and puff away. She wouldn’t advise anyone to do that, but she has now given up smoking.
She put a lot of work into losing all the weight and practising to “feign” becoming a ballerina. She first signed up for a food delivery service that would send her nutritious food.
Then, as she revealed to Howard Stern on his show, she spent three months training to become a “fake” ballerina. In addition, she exercised for five hours every day, seven days a week. Wow, that’s intense.

Her primary sources of carbs are low-glycemic grains like quinoa and brown rice. She consumes a lot of lean proteins, including fish, lentils, beans, and chicken breast.
Additionally, Mila Kunis consumes healthy fats like avocado, flaxseed oil, fish oil, almonds, and coconut butter.
These fats contain Omega-3, which can help with inflammation reduction, weight loss, and good pregnancy. She also consumes a lot of fruits and vegetables as well as water.
She asserts that she is an expert cook. She enjoys preparing nutritious meals for herself, but her greatest ability is in turning leftovers into anything.
She adds that since her second pregnancy, she has started to pay closer attention to what she eats.
She used to eat everything she wanted, including junk food and processed foods, but she has since switched to healthier alternatives like muesli, oats, and dark chocolate.
Of course, she is still human and occasionally treats herself. She even claims that she and a glass of wine are closest friends. Dark chocolate is a common treatment for Mila as well.

Seth MacFarlane first commended Kunis for the way in which she naturally sounded like a real teen and continued to do so as she continued to voice the character being, in fact, a real teen.
The other character on the show completely despises Meg, and Kunis refers to her as a “scapegoat” in her description of her persona.
