Authorities verified in a second news release that on February 9, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department presented Ryan with an Order of Protection directing him to leave MacKenzie’s present address.
According to the press release, MacKenzie went to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s office the next day to report that Ryan had released “revealing photographs” of her on social media, which were then picked up by major media sources.
By getting in touch with his father-in-law, Ryan allegedly broke the terms of the order of protection, according to the authorities. The deputies found Ryan had an open warrant for harassment from the Chattanooga Police Department, with MacKenzie named as the victim when they were looking into the violation.
After the finding, Ryan was detained for violating an order of protection and the harassment warrant at his place of employment. Ryan was later discovered to be in possession of two bags of suspected drugs as well as drug accessories. He was accused of stalking, using drug paraphernalia, and having a restricted substance.

The Silverdale Correctional Facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee, was the next place he was lodged. The former reality star was detained in Tennessee’s Hamilton County in January 2019 and accused of service theft.
