Before the sixth season launch of Big Mouth on Netflix on October 28, the service released a new teaser and revealed an impressive roster of guest voices for the show’s return to the small screen.
The childhood experiences of Nick Kroll and Andrew Goldberg served as inspiration for the plot of Big Mouth, which follows a group of pals and their hormone monsters as they experience the highs and lows of puberty.
Season 6 will continue the experiences of our favorite characters while exploring the subject of family, as previewed in the above trailer.
Their journey will teach them that you can’t always choose your family, but you can surround yourself with people who love you for who you are. Voice actors such as Adam Levine, Annaleigh Ashford, Amber Ruffin, Brian Tyree Henry, Chris O’Dowd as Human Resources’ Flanny O’Lympic, Cole Escola, Ed Helms, Ira Glass, Jeff Goldblum, Matt Rogers, Peter Capaldi, Steve-O, and Tyler The Creator appear in Season 6.
The show’s young protagonists will have even more comedic and terrifying experiences in the next 10 half-hour episodes. Kroll, John Mulaney, Jessi Klein, Jason Mantzoukas, Ayo Edebiri, Maya Rudolph, Fred Armisen, and Jordan Peele all return as series regulars in Season 6, along with a host of new guest voices.
In addition to Ali Wong and Andrew Rannells, the show also features the voices of Chloe Fineman, Gary Cole, Gina Rodriguez, Jessica Chaffin, Jenny Slate, Jon Daly, Julie White, June Diane Raphael, Kristen Schaal, Mark Duplass, Natasha Lyonne, Nathan Fillion, Paul Scheer, Paula Pell, Richard Kind, Rosa Salazar, Seth Morris, and Thandiwe Newton.
