The death of  Tiny Lister was reported by his manager, Cindy Cowan

According to Cowan, Lister had been scheduled to appear on a virtual call with fans on December 10, 2020, but was unable to do so due to his declining health. Cowan later found Lister unresponsive at his home in Marina Del Rey, California, and called 911. Emergency services arrived at the scene but were unable to revive Lister, and he was pronounced dead at the age of 62.

Cowan released a statement shortly after Lister’s passing, expressing her sadness and condolences to his family and fans.

The L.A. County Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy on Tommy Lister Jr., also known as Tiny Lister, following his passing on December 10, 2020. The results of the autopsy were released on April 28, 2021, according to TMZ.
