Scaring viewers from the very first minutes, Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story is Netflix’s new serial killer thriller inspired by true events.
Evan Peters, best known for his role in Mare of Easttown, will play the “Milwaukee Cannibal” or “Milwaukee Monster” in the episode.
