Season two of Warrior Nun has been commissioned and will premiere in the fall. The show was announced as part of Netflix’s Geeked Week 2022 celebration. An original series produced and distributed by Netflix, based on Ben Dunn’s graphic novel Warrior Nun Areala.

Numerous places in Andalusia, Spain have been used for filming, including Antequera[1], the site of the fictional Order of the Cruciform Sword’s headquarters.
This Portuguese actress plays Ava Silva, a quadriplegic orphan forced to join an ancient order of warrior nuns when she realizes she has special talents.
In this series, Baptista makes her English-language debut. Toya Turner, Thekla Reuten, Lorena Andrea, Kristina Tonteri-Young, and Tristán Ulloa also appear in the cast as supporting players.
The show premiered on Netflix on July 2nd, 2020, to largely favorable reviews. The show got renewed for a second season in August 2020.

Warrior Nun Season Storyline
We follow Warrior Nun (19) as she emerges from the morgue with both a new lease on life and an ancient item embedded in her back.
A mysterious Order of the Cruciform Sword takes an interest in her, and she soon learns that they are on the prowl for her to find and enslave her.
After Adriel touches Ava and she discovers his true identity at the end of season one, we realize that he is not an angel. After killing the Tarask monster that followed him out of the demonic portal, the first knights of the order mistook him for an angel.
Adriel secreted the Order of the Cruciform Sword in the Vatican’s graves. He hid the Halo inside the original Warrior Nun while protected from the forces of heaven by the Order of the Warrior Nun.
Shotgun It is up to Ava, Ariel, and the other sisters to defeat the evil powers of Adriel.
With her newfound powers, Ava hopes to take on Adriel and his army in Season 2 and hopefully defeat him.

Warrior Nun Season 2 Release Date
In addition, the show’s creators hinted that they’ve already begun preparing, and by most measures, it was a success. When the first season of Warrior Nun aired, we heard from reliable sources that the show has already been renewed for a second season.
It was confirmed on August 19th, 2020, via a virtual call, that the show would return for a second season, with some of the cast and crew in attendance.

During the first 30 days of July 6th to August 6th, 2020, the series was Netflix’s third most popular TV show worldwide. Taking the top and second rankings were Cursed and Dark Desire, respectively.
The episode was also the most watched television show on the planet in July of 2020.
The series placed sixth in the United States and fourth in the United Kingdom. For the first weekend, it was available in the US, the series ranked second behind Unsolved Mysteries.
There were three countries where Warrior Nun ranked #1: Brazil, Holland, and New Zealand.
